Worst car dealership in the state! Bought a truck in September, was promised by Lucas they had the part ordered that the truck needed and we could come in and get it put on free of charge, that never happened, they lied about it needing to be ordered still. Worst than that, we still don't have a title!!!! We have been lied to by the owner time and time again, says it's on her desk and she will get it in the mail, nope, she's a liar and I don't even believe she has the title. Bought a car on July 9th 2024 I love the car however it us now December 13th and I still have not received a title. I have tried to be nice to Jen but I'm done with her lying to me saying she has it and it will be taken care of this woman is not a very trust worthy person. Now the business us no longer in business in Butte so I have to take further legal action.
Lucas was an amazing help and the time service was great, got me in and out super quick. He was very helpful and very kind! Will be shopping here again! Braiden is also very kind!
