Wanted to wait just to see how it shook out. Car got hit and it was towed there for whatever reason. Decided it was easier to just let them repair it. Car got hit in July 2024 didn’t get it back until September 2024 Body repair looked good. But the door doesn’t line up properly creating excessive wind noise.Also the door started to sag( I had to tighten a bolt). The headliner where they worked is falling down. This place has ridiculous charges. My car got towed here after an accident. And I understand having a storage fee and a tow fee but the admin fee is ridiculous and a "pull" out charge of $132 to literally bring my car 10 feet from where it is to the street is absolutely insane. Would avoid dealing with this place if possible.
I recently had a frustrating experience with American auto body & repair. After a car accident, I had basic insurance and was waiting for the insurance company's determination. During this time, storage fees accumulated at the body shop. When the insurance company ruled me at fault, I decided to junk my old car as repairs weren't worth it. Unfortunately, the body shop charged excessive fees on top of storage, leaving me with no profit from junking the car.
