My Escalade looks great! Paint matches, the car was clean and detailed! VERY NICE JOB! Ladies in the front office were great to deal with, and kept me informed on the status of the vehicle. I like the text message updates too!
For about 10 months, I didn’t know until someone from other service said the driver side of my car was not the right kind! It’s terrible. I’m disappointed.

I wish there was a "no star" rating, I'd give that instead. Traditionally, I've been a Hi-Tech Auto Body customer, but my husband wanted to try Abra instead to fix some light hail damage to the roof of our RAM, so I agreed. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer. Tom and company went above and beyond with the repairs to my car. My car looks brand new. They stayed in great communication and provided excellent customer service. We drove from Highlands Ranch (about an hour and a half) and plan on doing it again for our other vehicle. So worth the drive!!!!
