Would not respond at all. Is this place even in business? Emailed and called. Nothing. Poor customer service.
I’m a REVIEW READER, which determines how I make a lot of purchase decisions. With that being said, I haven’t purchased a car here but it’s 1/3 car places, saved to do car shopping with. However, reading the reviews, I’m wondering, should I make a purchase. Don’t get me wrong, it’s so many WONDERFUL REVIEWS, than bad but all the bad reviews, literally mentions the same thing…SCAM!!
Worst dealership ever did call fox 26 and channel 13 news .. this business will be shut down the messes with the wrong person they is a SCAM RUN AWAY FROM THEY BUSINESS
The people here are very nice, however I just bought a car from here 3 months ago, already having to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils. Was told they couldn't replace them without me paying for the work because it's just "routine matinence" and while that is true, it shouldn't be "routine matinence" 3 months after buying the car smh. Love the car, however I'm not happy that I have to shill out another almost $400 not even 3 months after I got it.
My experience at American Auto was the best experience I have ever had trying to buy another vehicle. They all went above and beyond to not only give me respect on the phone and more so in person. You feel like you've met a new family. It's a very safe and comfortable environment with a very easy process because of the professionalism and extensive knowledge that everyone has in the facility.
