Update: Unfortunately have to edit my review. I was told the tensioner was ok when it was in fact broken. The new belt broke a couple weeks later, so the repairs here unnecessarily cost me a couple hundred dollars. Bill is great! He saw me messing around under the hood of my car with a broken serpentine belt on a Friday night, offered to fix it, and had it done by 4pm on Saturday.
Bill was a great help and very thorough. He addressed all my concerns on my smart for two. Very few people other than the dealer works on these cars and they did a great job. I’m very pleased and will be back. Oh I also got an oil change!
