This is a fantastic gym with a friendly, welcoming and respectful environment. As someone who has never enjoyed ‘working out’ Ben’s classes keep me engaged, never bored and I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. The clientele ranges from beginners to elite athletes so you will feel comfortable whatever your ability.
Gritty gym with plenty of equipment and personal attention from the owner, Ben. Friendly and welcoming to their gym family. We'll be back
