I am very Thankful for Dr Lawhon & his wonderful staff they made me feel very comfortable through my whole procedure (impacted wisdom teeth extraction) every one at Florence oral & maxillofacial has been wonderful & kind & I Thank you so much the whole staff here is doing a wonderful job. All of them was sooo kind, and plus it took 4 minutes for them to take out of all of my wisdom teeth!!!
I understand completely why this place has such bad reviews and I never made it as far as scheduling an appointment. I also cancelled this appointment within an hour of making it. My insurance pays 100% but yet they still wanted $166. Don't think so, I guess I will suffer with the pain until I can find a highly rated dentist. It is sad that doctors like this exist and care only for the money and not the patients.
Took my grandmother to have several teeth removed. We waited over an hour and a half before she was called. Granted, it did not take him long at all to perform the procedure but he’s definitely overbooked with appointments. What I really didn’t like is how his staff stress the importance of us going to her the pain meds immediately after we left, so she would have it in her system before the sedation wore off ..Hours and two pharmacies later still no prescription!
