I have been calling and fighting for 11 months to get them to refund the difference between what they charged me upfront - knowing I had insurance that would cover my services and what my insurance paid them. They wouldn't even bill my claims through insurance until after the first half dozen times that I called them. One claim still has not been billed. VERY unprofessional!! I’ve been getting my dentist appointment rescheduled for over 3 months now. They called me saying I was suppose to confirm my appointment the day before by 11am but nobody called or text me to inform me to do so and a time before this they said they called me to ask me to come to my appointment at 10 am instead of 12pm but they did not. If I could give no stars I would. 0/10 do not recommend.
