If I could give this organization ZERO stars I would. BEWARE of their shady practices, after paying for a registration for someone else and only days later deciding I wanted a refund prior to the exam being taken, I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't issue a refund even though they hadn't actually proctored the exam yet. Most unprofessional organization I've ever came across.
Beware of any so called "help" this company provides. My wife moved States due to my PCS orders and they completely f'd her out of 4 months wages!! A lack of caring, timeliness, responsiveness; all describe our experience with this group. I didn't ask to PCS and we had ZERO other options to use during the transition period and got toally screwed with over 4 months LOST WAGES due to these inept pieces of excrement.
