They charged my card multiple times for one exam, and when I reached out to the company to get a refund they didn't even respond to me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get a refund.
If I could give this organization ZERO stars I would. BEWARE of their shady practices, after paying for a registration for someone else and only days later deciding I wanted a refund prior to the exam being taken, I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't issue a refund even though they hadn't actually proctored the exam yet. Most unprofessional organization I've ever came across.
