Great information for medical assistants and scope of practice.
I spoke to a lady in the recertification dept and she was so rude. Didn't ask for my name or anything. All she asked was why didn't I do the application to recertify in January, 6 months before my certification expires!
The website is very very slow. I also have spent a hundreds on CEU's only to finally have the 60 credits to get slapped with another $160 to process the recertification. If I had known it was going to cost this much, I would have just retaken the exam. I really think they should consider making these more affordable especially since CMA don't usually make that much.
