AAII is NOT recommended to anyone. During my "trial period", which I was considering to be a member, I was charged USD 498 "before" ending my trial period and without my permission". I called 8 times and nobody, absolutely nobody answered my calls or returned my calls or even tried to solve this situation. Terrible customer service and not trusted association.
Big leadership problems with this company. The CEO of this nonprofit makes $500k a year while the employees make peanuts. Their data on stock screens is junk. They offer the performance of stock screens during bull and bear markets. The bear market performance values change monthly even though we have not yet had another bear market. Pure rubbish! I asked for a call with tech support to discuss and they refused. Nobody answers their phones except the receptionist who has no tools to answer questions. This is not a functional... read more
