On August 20, 2025 I had American asphalt fill the cracks and seal the surface of my rather large circular driveway. I waited this long before writing a review to see what the driveway looked like and if there were any issues after 60 days. I have two places in cracks that were sealed were the the ants are coming back to the surface and depositing their little dirt circles. I referred my neighbor before my job was done and it did not help our relationship. The asphalt crews came without the proper amount of product to do the job. Had to go back to Spokane to get more product. Came back on yet another day. Some cracks were not properly sealed and they FINALLY sent a crew back to slop a different (look touch and feel) product. The job that American Asphalt sealing did was awesome. We have a pretty large area and a lot of it was in poor condition. With some cracks as wide as an inch and a half. The price was excellent, and the service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing crack repairs and sealing. They were on time and extremely thorough. They truly take pride in their work and their job, and it shows in the end result.
I wanted both the sealing and the crack filling. The crack filling was not put on the job order of the guys doing the sealing and upon contacting the office that issue was corrected, however, they had to standby to wait for the tar trailer (crack filler) to arrive, seal the cracks and then wait for it to dry. I got a sealcoat through this place. Worst experience ever. Ill never recommend this company to anyone. The sealcoat is already peeling. I think they just spray a garden hose on my driveway
