Everything I read about arbitration is that it is a rigged system favoring the company that writes the arbitration clause into its contract. Unfortunately, I signed a contract with an arbitration clause and then had an arbitration proceeding with Arbitrator Anne Ashby. Her resume looks so great, with "Distinguished Neutrals" and "Judge of the Year" credentials. I hope I have a good case with then but not sure. They have a rule that I have to mail all documents to my employer that I send them. I had to send my arbitration agreement plus a union contract. Over 100 pages long!! My agrement alone which is a employer document was 50 pages!! I had to pay over 30$ for that alone I hope my case gets processed correctly!! I tried to follow all there instructions. Apperenrly I never saw where it says I have to name there organization as my arbitration. I now have u ti the 17th for the employ... read more

I never do business with any company that has AAA in their contract. I call it legal fraud.

This has been a total nightmare and a complete joke of the judicial system. MetroPCS and TMobile does not tell you that no matter what you have to go thru or their bad customer service cost you , you cant sue. You have to go thru Arbitration!
