Bought a discounted washer like months ago and it’s still working perfectly owner is super nice
I dont respect a business that rips people off to make their money. One of their technicians cam out to my house and took a look at my washer and told me it was a drive cuppling and thats why my washer wouldnt spin, I looked up the part and its an $8.00 part. He was going to charge me $240 to fix it. That is a 2900% increase and the lady answering the phone tells me rudely that he has to charge for labor.
