Paid $160 for parts to repair oven back in February 2020. Have been calling since then to get a repair date and no response. No parts, no service, no call-back, no voicemail.

Stood me up TWICE, and the second time was a NO CALL, NO SHOW!!!! How professional is that? By the looks of his reviews, this is something that he has done too many times. I wouldn't refer this company to a dog!

Texted on July 4th and got a response! I was thrilled. An appointment was set for Monday July 8th @ 5:00 pm. We took the dryer out, took the back and top off and.. 5 pm, no one showed, 5:30 pm, still no one shows up, 6:00 pm comes and goes. I text to see if they were running late, not coming, and no response.. still no response on Tuesday.. nothing. Terrible business practice. Very unprofessional and I will certainly never recommend American Appliance Repair to anyone, nor will I ever call them again.

Worst experience ever with a repair company. Charged me for parts at the time of the estimate and set up a return time only to keep me waiting for over four hours without answering their phone or the messages that I left asking where they were. I gave them another chance when they said the parts hadn't come in because the truck broke down and set up another time and they did the same thing. Save yourself the aggravation and use a different company.
