They declined to repair my Kitchenaid stand mixer.
I made an appointment to have a repairman out to fix a top loading washer. It ended up wasting an entire day because they were so far behind schedule and still hadn't gotten to me by 4pm. Frustrating to waste a day of service waiting around when I could have had a more punctual repairman fix my problem.
Friendly staffs and good service! They know exactly what needs to be done and good at explaining things to you. Love it! Definitely recommend!!!
