Great Service – He is an outstanding technician and appliance repairman! He looks out for his clients and will not charge for unnecessary parts. He doesn't believe at throwing money at a problem he believes in fixing the problem. He is motivated and dedicated to his profession!
Great Service – Honest, on time, considerate and very reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. I almost wish I had more appliances that need to be repaired.
Great Service – We had a GE gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have Shane come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a loose wire) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. He'll be our first call should we have another appliance go out.
