TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Purchased a new washer/dryer and the washer will not spin clothes. Called AA , tech came out and doesn’t know how to work on this machine. Called again and again only to get a rude remark from Allen and still nothing done. I had to contact Whirlpool myself while AA is spending my money from the purchase. NEVER AGAIN ! Could have bought a cheap WORKING one off fb and done better! Buyer Beware!!
Wow! All I got was “yea we don’t work on those try so and so and hung up on me” Cool , classy “American service” ! Their a joke.
