bought a refrigerator we're just fine
We bought a dryer from them about a month ago and it had a little issue. From the very start A-1 was amazing with their response and communication. They ordered the part, brought me a loaner because it was going to take a week or so, and just delivered my dryer back to me and restarted my 30 day warranty! I am so pleased with them!! I will recommend them again and again!

Sold me a refrigerator that didn't work. I called to ask how we could solve the matter and was told I could bring it back (which they delivered and offered) or i could have one of their guys come out but it would cost me. Even though I have a 30 day warranty. I do not have a way to bring it back. That was the reason I bought it. And would of paid but they offered. I see why now.
