I requested a service call because water was dripping from the bottom of my fridge. In June, they replaced the filter, and I thought the new installation was leaking, which prompted me to request another service call. However, the problem turned out to be a clogged drain inside the fridge. The technician fixed it in less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged a full trip fee of $195 for such a brief service.
