I wouldn’t give them a star if it didn’t make me. My mom passed in July 2025 from a very aggressive form of cancer that caused a hemorrhaging stroke with brain bleed in June 15, 2025 and by July 29 2025 she was gone. This company has told us that because she passed in the 1st year of her whole life policy they have told us do a review. Fine, we were good with that. A man called me over 20 times about Someone else’s policy. And argued with me for 10 minuets about a policy that did not belong to me. Don’t use this company. Very unprofessional and rude
My mom recently passed in September, going to be honest I was extremely nervous after reading these reviews, but I have to say customer service was very helpful. Claim filed I received the check just over three weeks after it was filed. Overall very pleased with this company. Absolutely no issues with filing the claim or receiving a payout.
