If I could give this company no stars I would! Look elsewhere for your insurance needs. These people are crooks. My elderly Mother had a policy with them for over 7 years . About 11 months before she passed the insurance agent started calling and bugging her to “update” the policy. He talked her into changing her small policy from $15,000 to $10,000 to save less than $30 a month. She told me finally did it so he would stop bugging her, because every time he called it upset her. My brother passed away on January 17/2025. Talked to several agents about the policy, each person had no answer. Same thing several months. Jessica L reluctantly gave her name. I'm seeking legal help.
They don’t tell you that you are unable to get cash out of the monies you pay until years of payments… would not even pay me for the same month a canceled policy… it’s difficult to even get someone on the phone…
I would give zero stars, if I could. Terrible company. They make you jump through hoops while filling a claim only to deny claim. I don’t suggest this company to anyone. Customer Service is very rude

Corey Williams ID#2410118 is nothing but a pushy, rude salesman who took all of my vital information through a "secure link" but then HUNG UP on me when I gave him pushback on confirming my payment plan for LIFE & HEALTH insurance!! He claimed I was receiving this one time offer for holding a professional esthetician's throughout the pandemic and that I could get my children and I on health coverage for a decent premium per month.
