The technician was great very friendly work his butt off. I paid to train the technician. Managers was rude and sarcastic to me when I brought this to his attention. Stated they under quoted the job. Technician didn't have all the tools necessary and had to be trained on site by home owner. But none the less technician was friendly and very professional
Hector was fantastic! He came in a Saturday afternoon to fix a leaking valve on an external tap, and everything went wrong - a new adapter had to be sweated on, then the valve for the house shutoff started leaking when we turned it back on, then the adapter for the pressure regulator cracked in half and blasted him in the face... But he stuck with it, and fixed it all!
Horrible drivers that almost crashed into me when they cut me off
We had American Ally convert a bathroom to be ADA compliant which was a major project involving opening up our slab and relocating plumbing and fixtures. We also had them run a water line to an outbuilding on our property and some other repairs and upgrades to our home. Anthony and Aaron were very professional and knowledgeable, and everyone on their team was competent and courteous.
