Aaron was awesome. We recently had a remodel of our master bathroom and the shower faucet never worked right. We asked our contractor to fix it twice and they couldn't. Aaron diagnosed the problem, order a replacement for a defective part, and fixed our shower. We will definitely use him again. I would give more stars if possible.

Easy to make an appointment. Plumber called and asked if he could come an hour early. Fantastic. Looked at our house and provided an estimate for work in toilet, sinks, hot water heaters and hose bib. Reasonable pricing. Did the work. We have a 55 year old house so of course there were some tricky, delicate repairs. All done. No price increase. A very good experience. This is the second time we have used American Ally. Both times the work was very well done.

The technician was great very friendly work his butt off. I paid to train the technician. Managers was rude and sarcastic to me when I brought this to his attention. Stated they under quoted the job. Technician didn't have all the tools necessary and had to be trained on site by home owner. But none the less technician was friendly and very professional

Hector was fantastic! He came in a Saturday afternoon to fix a leaking valve on an external tap, and everything went wrong - a new adapter had to be sweated on, then the valve for the house shutoff started leaking when we turned it back on, then the adapter for the pressure regulator cracked in half and blasted him in the face... But he stuck with it, and fixed it all!
