I have been a customer for years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars there. Since the new mechanic came on I have had several instances where the work was not done but money was collected. Dave called me up just to call me a name. I've never seen such poor customer service. The owner will not return my phone calls.
I've taken my car here for over 5 years and I have always been treated right and have never had a complaint. The dealership wanted to charge me $385 to fix a part on my front end, I took it to American Alignment and paid $97 for the same thing! They have my business forever!
Put the wrong parts on my car! Took them to court and won! Refuses to pay the judgement so I am turning it over to a collection agency! Do not take your car there!
