The Clerks at this branch make it impossible to open new accounts for friends and family, what does my mother have to do with me referring an uncle to open an account? Seems like the clerks here are just trying to boost their membership enrollment by forcing Member to bring more ppl to open account for no reason other than to meet their quota. Seems like their scamming ppl just like Wells Fargo is

I just left this location , I got a greyed hair guy with glasses to help me I always feel uncomfortable coming here to this location as a Black American Woman . He did not greet me and was very rude and I can tell he did not want to help me . He told me he can not give me cash from my checks and that he will put a hold on my account because of my check amount which doesn’t make any sense to me . This credit union seems to try to control how you use YOUR money.It blocks your account with no way to unblock it during the weekend since they're closed. There are other little things that make no sense but recently we experienced a deposit issue. Went INSIDE a branch to deposit a check. Teller does the transaction everything is good.
