I am writing to share my recent experience at AAFCU Flower Mound location; when contacting the American Airlines Federal Credit Union by phone regarding a serious identity theft matter. Unfortunately, the service I received was not at the level I would expect during such a critical situation. The representative I spoke with appeared unmotivated and disengaged, often sighing audibly, and was unable to provide clear guidance. Good place, but keep in mind that you can't deposit or withdraw cash at the ATM in this location, which can be inconvenient if you live farther away and/or in the Denton area. Other than that, no other issues for me as far as I've seen.
Everyone we have ever dealt with at the Flower Mound location has been fantastic. Always friendly and helpful in every way. It is a pleasure to do business there
I would only give half a star if an option. We have been members of AAFCU for years. It has become very sad how the customer service at the Flower Mound location has been. The ladies at the service counters except for one have been absolutely rude. Treating people like second class citizens, down right staring at you and observing your personal banking business when they are not the one helping you.
