I live AA so that's the 5 star. BUT I never knew because they are HQ in Ft Worth area that 80% of the flights are all AA Airlines. For travelers ALWAYS check the terminal your flight is taking off from or arriving at just b4 you leave for DFW airport. They change a lot even 20 minutes prior!
I am a traveler and I have had som bad weather delays but I have never had an airline agency leave me to sleep in the airport and knowing that weather is beyond anyone control will not provide you with a blanket, toothpaste, or even something as simple as a food voucher. The representative for American Airlines are not at fault the company as their policy need to change as no one is able to to control weather or natural circumstances.
