Got in quickly. Food was excellent. Staff was efficient.
Very nice lounge
Our original trip was Boston–New York–Casablanca. After a weather delay, we were rebooked via London. The delay itself was understandable, but a serious issue occurred in London. At boarding, my sister was told her ticket had been cancelled because the system showed she had already flown from New York to Casablanca—which was impossible. As a result, three of us (including two elderly travelers and a non-English speaker) were unable to board and had to stay overnight.
