Cleaning the vents made a huge difference in airflow.
Thermostat installed efficiently, works perfectly.
After a previous contractor left us unimpressed with their rushed job, this company performed preventive maintenance on our A/C units and took the time to explain the condition of each component. The technician was thorough, and the visit took around an hour without any pressure to upsell additional services.
After doing some research, I decided to write a review because the technicians installed our new heating system efficiently and wrapped up in about four hours, though there was a slight delay waiting for a part that could have been communicated better. Overall, their expertise was evident during the installation process, but improving communication about unexpected parts delays would enhance the customer experience.
I expected a straightforward installation, but the job took longer due to an unexpected need to adjust the ceiling framing. The technician was thorough and ensured all vent connections were secure before wrapping up in about four hours.
