Our furnace started going out on the coldest night of the season last week, naturally. Nick came out and gave us a diagnostic, he was super informative, and let us know our best options, was super honest and friendly. 5 days later Nick, Jackson and Hayden showed up completely replaced our furnace and A/C unit for us in one day. Hayden showed up on time within the window I was given. He was honest about what was wrong and was patient with my million questions . I needed a new blower motor installed and when we agreed to go forward with the service he began immediately. The motor he had with him wasn’t a great fit for the housing/mount I had. (My furnace is like 30 years old 🤦♂️) He took the time to call around and source one that would fit, went and got it, and was back within the hour. Efficient!
