Ben initially came to diagnose my AC issues. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and honest. Nick installed my new unit. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. No mess left and had me up and running rather quickly! I would absolutely recommend!! They don't try to act like salesmen, they genuinely talk you through every step. Also shout out to the sweetest, helpful, and patient woman answering the phone ( I feel awful I cant remember her name) she is amazzzzing and makes you feel at ease.
American Air did a great job of getting out here quickly when our AC went out. Ben Nick and Jackson were very knowledgeable and very courteous! Explaining everything to me. We got a new system installed very quickly!! Would highly recommend and their customer service was so helpful when I called. Quick response and great service!!
Great company locally owned and ran! Diagnosed the problem and provided a low cost solution quickly! Seeing I had small children they even offered a large window unit to help keep the kids cool for free. If you want a local affordable solution from reasonable people this is the place!
Felt overcharged and taken advantage of will not recommend to anybody…..
