Marc came to look at our a/c because it wasn't blowing cold and wasn't kicking on correctly. He was the 2nd person we had called after being told we needed an entire new system. He was able to give us a couple options and explained throughly what the issue was. We know we will need to replace our furnace sooner rather than later but were extremely pleased that he was able to get us up and running within our current budget! Will definitely call him when we need a full replacement!
Marc Miller improperly installed the new outside unit that he said we needed in August/September of 2024 and when cold weather came not long after, our furnace did not work properly. Let him know immediately and a few different trips to our house over a 2-3 month period, he couldn't figure it out. Finally he said he thought it needed 1 of 2 parts....this was in January. I can’t say enough good things about Marc! When my grandson’s furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year—eight below!—he came out the same day and had it up and running in no time. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were beyond impressive. He not only fixed the problem quickly but also made sure everything was running safely and efficiently.
