Very disappointed. They didn't show up to the first appointment. When they showed up at the second appointment, they said the cold air return cleaning wasn't included. Very strange to only clean half the system. They quoted $199 for the cleaning. To clean the cold air and "deep clean" the system, the price goes up 286%. Jesus tried to upsell me, and then he stopped responding and sent his guy home. Quite frustrating.
I’d noticed a musty smell in certain rooms, and it turns out it was coming from the ducts. The team cleaned everything thoroughly, and it’s like I have a completely fresh-smelling home again. They were polite, efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
They didn’t miss a single spot! Each duct was carefully cleaned, and they took the time to show me the results. It’s amazing how much they removed. I’m beyond satisfied.
