My family noticed as soon as we closed up the windows for the winter and the furnace kicked on we began getting sick more frequently and having allergy issues in the house. Excellent service! I had my ducts cleaned by another company a few years ago and my house has been dustier since then. American came in, cleaned the ducts, all of them, and also cleaned my dryer duct work (surprise!), too! I was very impressed with their quality of workmanship!
Just okay
Exceptional customer service—they deserve 10 stars instead of five! John was thorough, considerate and compassionate. Along with his assistant, Jeff, they took care of the issue—a dead chipmunk in my dryer vent—within 24 hours of my call. They arrived early and completed the job based on the initial quote. A week later, John called to make sure everything was OK. So grateful for their service! it’s wonderful to meet people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
