American AC are true professionals. Jamie Jara always arrives with a smile and quickly assesses and resolves our plumbing issues.
Super disappointed to say I will no longer use American AC for anything else in the future. My AC went out last week, I texted the number that I had been in communication with me a few times before so I could schedule a tech to come out. Well that number never forwarded my request to anyone and after a week long of no AC I finally gave them a call to find out what was going on. When it was clearly time to buy a new system, Brent Meier worked with me to find the right system at the right price and get it installed next day.
