American AC has been great. Frank came out and inspected the system, he was honest and transparent in his assessment and the recommendations and follow-through from there have all been easy to work through. Recommended!
Alex Dominguez came out last minute when another tech couldn’t make it to our appt. To say I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail is an understatement. This guy is welcome in our home any time. He made recommendations that could truly prove to be life saving. Thank you Alex from our family to yours.
Jarrod was very professional, put booties on even though I told him it wasn't necessary. I called for air duct cleaning and he told me it wasn't needed, he chose Not to upsale me; saving me thousands. America in general needs more honest people like Jarrod of American AC. Highly recommend
