If I could give them zero stars, I would. My poor parents are living in a house with no air conditioning in the San Fernando valley after American air came for a cleaning service/routine maintenance back on May 15th and did something during the servicing to CATCH THE SYSTEM ON FIRE!! American air has been utterly neglectful since the incident. My parents had to BEG for a temporary a/c unit, which they finally supplied a whole week after the incident. I had an appointment scheduled with American Heating and Air, but they never showed up and did not communicate any delay or cancellation. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially after setting aside time to be available for the appointment. I would have appreciated at least a courtesy call or update. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience.
Jonas was professional and kind. He performed his tasks well and swiftly. Great guy!
Very happy with my maintenance today. Jonas did a great job and was thorough and left my ac very clean. American AC is the best!
So Just had seasonal service for our HVAC with Johnny Vista . Gotta say that the guy is very friendly, good natured as well as focused on all the details of the service - good man and it's a reflection of the company itself.
