I had an appointment scheduled with American Heating and Air, but they never showed up and did not communicate any delay or cancellation. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially after setting aside time to be available for the appointment. I would have appreciated at least a courtesy call or update. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience.
Jonas was professional and kind. He performed his tasks well and swiftly. Great guy!

So Just had seasonal service for our HVAC with Johnny Vista . Gotta say that the guy is very friendly, good natured as well as focused on all the details of the service - good man and it's a reflection of the company itself.
