Our air conditioner went out and we got a tech out the same day. New system was put in as soon as possible, which was VERY important as Alabama summers are hot. There was some miscommunication regarding the price , but was quickly resolved and we paid what we expected, which was a reasonable amount. Everyone we spoke to within the company was professional and polite. Would recommend them for heating and cooling needs.
HVAC quit working on a Sunday night. Tim sent his crew out Monday and diagnosed the problem unfortunately it was the compressor on an older system and they had the new HVAC system installed and running by Tuesday afternoon. Crew was very courteous and prompt. Extremely happy with their work and the price. Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs !!!!
Really nice and honest people. I have a rental property and the management company sent another ac company and they said I needed a new ac unit and it was going to cost $9,000. Instead I called American Air and they were able to fix my ac for $200. Turned out it just needed a new thermostat. And American Air took the time to call the ac units service desk to help diagnose the problem since it is an older unit.
