I recently applied for a reverse mortgage with AAG. I initially spoke with Russell Sporn, loan specialists and although I was concerned that my credit history had a few dings Russell put me immediately at ease and I was quickly approved. My reason for applying was I had a line of credit that had a balloon payment due with another lender. Russell and his team were very friendly, helpful and supportive thru the whole process. Mr. David Schmidt was the attorney who helped to complete the closing on our mortgage. Although along the process their were soon ups and downs, In time Mr David Schmidt guided us through signing a stack of papers over an inch thick, there was nothing left but good feelings.
