A big Thank You to Optimum RV Bushnell for accepting the warranty service in June 2026 on an RV purchased from a competitor (who did not help). The Bushnell service department was great and continued to pursue a resolution despite some push back from Flexpower. Our service advisor was wonderful and kept me updated the entire time via text. The issue was the Flexpower Generator sputtered under load on a newly purchased Tiffin Wayfarer. Adding a soft start to the AC did not fix the problem. I recently purchased an RV form these guys and my experience was amazing! Kayleigh was sales lady and worked with me from begging to end and was extremely attentive to my requests. Could not be happier with the company, staff and coach. Highly recommend!
They're really good at there job found the part I need and ordered it for next day.. very satisfied with them and will go back there for all my rv parts
I can't thank Will in the parts department enough for all of the help he gives me locating hard-to-find parts and verifying that they are correct. I have had to give him some pretty vague descriptions and he always pulls through for me. If we ever run into an issue with an item, he is excellent at letting me know and communicating with me until we get it resolved.
