Not happy with service! Been a long-time client (over 20 years), when I was involved in accident, they did nothing to assist me because it was other person's fault! They told me I had to call other insurance company. I expected a little help for all the year's I have been a client but they wouldn't help in any way. I know of other insurance companies help their clients even when the accident isn't their fault. Very poor customer service! Now switched insurance to Erie Insurance, lower rates and more coverage.
Excellent people to work with.. my agent returned my call after hours to answer questions after a minor accident! He was empathetic & knowledgeable! Would recommend 100%!!!
