Had business insurance with this agency and was up for re-newel. Agency sent my wife's company 2 pages for signatures. No details of coverage. Agency person drove by our business and saw a computer repair sign outside as a service we offer. Was sent an e-mail and they wanted to know how much of our business was computer repair, which is very minimal of our business. Has no bearing on our insurance coverage. Was sent a followup e-mail the nest day and was quoted a new price that was $400 higher for the same premium. I asked w... read more
I have had these guys for a couple years and they are really friendly and nice and willing to help. I have my auto and home through them as well as my business and they always find me some good deals. Definitely recommend.
