Id like to thank this program. The facility and all of the people who get up and make this place available to people like myself. I came in...in a state of almost coming undone. I was starting to give up on myself. And I was in a situation that no one wants to be in while struggling with a substance abuse issue. Dr Nick stayed on my case. He was honest with me, while trying his hardest not to be over bearing. it's a mostly good place. not all the staff are my favorite, but that's going to happen anywhere. the new director was handed a pile of mess and is trying to make the best of it while making things better at the same time, and she's doing the best she can with what she was given from what I can tell. most of these patients just don't have.... patience. I've seen them corner staff members and scream at them for being held outside while a patient is having a medical emergency in the lobby. they only care about themselves, and ... read more
New director is disrespectful, sarcastic, starts issues, doesn't resolve anything, intimidated by patients, and has let the program go to crap! All the staff that we have come to know and like have been replaced with addicts fresh out of recovery with less clean time than I. I am ok with an addict in recovery as a counselor but with myself being more advanced I don't see how their going to assist in my recovery
New director is a joke, rude, doesn't care about the patients, get treated like it's probation when it's somewhere someone comes for help. Someone needs to check this place
