My 34 year-old daughter who has been to 100 recovery centers is going here. The staff called me to ask me to pay for her rent. The person on the other end of the phone (Ginger) asking on behalf of my daughter said I was disgusting that I gave birth to my daughter and that I don’t care whether she’s OK or not. She doesn’t know what our family has been through. Totally disrespectful and inappropriate.

They took money out of my account when I never even went there. Said they “refunded” it but then gave me an unrealistic time table. Do not give them payment info until you are on your way.

Tried to check what insurance would cover, now I'm bombarded with multiple calls a day. Can't even block the number because they call from different numbers everytime. Even after getting my number off the call list.

Please if you consider coming to Dallas or south 0Florida. 20% of staff is friendly once admitted but if you need ANY CONCERNS checked out Please Say Nothing! You will never return to facility or readmitted. Most of your stuff literally, regardless if meds or other valuables won't be available if you need to go to hospital to get checked out . I called AAC to see what my insurance would cover, and after finding out that my insurance was out of network they have continued to call me non-stop. They keep saying im off their call-list but I keep receiving calls from them. Horrendous how badly they want clients. They act like washed up salesmen.
