They make great bathtubs and shower pans--except when they don't. And when they don't, they will not stand behind their product. I have been burned on a 60x60 jetted tub and a 60x30 standard alcove. Each time an error occurs it's the same thing. Lack of civility on the phone, lack of accountability for the faulty product, and all-around disdain for their customers. I wish I could keep ordering their tubs, but I can't risk losing the price of a tub again. I would urge you to avoid AA&I and Bathtub Network.

We ordered 3 tubs and were amazed at how quickly we received them. Many other manufacturers were having "supply chain issues", but apparently American Acrylic knew how to work around those issues. The tubs were boxed and packaged up very nicely and arrived on a palet and in great condition. The tubs are absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to see them installed. Thank you again for a great product and a easy transaction!!! We would highly recommend them and would purchase from them again!
