I paid a bill back in November using HSA money from a clinic visit. I have been receiving mail from them saying I owe money. I have paid my bill and have proof of payment and sent proof to the email given to me when I called. This is ridiculous.
Received a call today and when I try to discuss my plans for payment the guy on phone was rude so I hung up. I’ll mop the ocean before deal with that again. Bad first impression for folks needing clients to work with them.
I have never found an easier company to work with! We all have hiccups in life. Their rep Angela is truly an angel! She's help us so much! She helped us work out something that worked for us, touched base with us and kept promises. All with kindness, grace and patience. I honestly can't say enough about her or AAA. If you receive a notice from them, please just reach out. I promise they are not like other agencies!
