Got a bill in the mail saying I owe a certain amount I called the toll free number to make a payment. This guy on the phone was RUDE from the start!!! All he wanted was my card info and when I was trying to confirm everything and where it came from he got sooo upset and I didn’t feel comfortable giving him the payment so I said can I pay the hospital and he hung up the phone. DO NOT CALL THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
I might be about a month late at writing this and I won’t discredit the experience that others has dealt with regarding this company but I have to say Angela Miller & Thomas Burrell were incredible. They were both very engaging and also went out of there way to inform of additional things, shortcuts, and direct contacts needed to get my medical charges that my insurance didn’t pay taken care of. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. First off I pay all our debts on time except this one as the medical bill was in my wife’s name and her records I have no access to. I finally got a bill I laid my eyes on and called to pay this debt. The lady I spoke to was very aggressive and rude and has ZERO manners when someone is speaking to NOT interrupt. Jay from this company called my phone looking for someone who the phone number doesn't belong to. He was so rude, downright disrespectful. Jay, karma is coming for you. You cannot speak to people in the line of work you are in that manner. Go get some customer service training.
Received a call today and when I tried to discuss my plans for payment the guy on phone was rude so I hung up. I’ll mop the ocean before deal with that again. Bad first impression for folks needing clients to work with them.
