I never conducted business with this company. However, my HOA did. After the one interaction with an employee of this company, I immediately knew this was a company to warn others about. The employee had a short temper and behaved in an unprofessional/ inappropriate manner. If you are using this company to work on Gates in family communities I’d advise choosing a different company.
This company goes above and beyond for your community gate needs! When requested they get it done. I can't express how much in such a short amount of time after switching over did the community gain safety behind a working gate! Thank you Diane and the staff of American Access!
