Always good service, they treat me well
We had to bring my grandma in for a last-minute appointment because her dialysis access wasn’t working, and everyone was so kind to us. Especially with it being Fourth of July weekend, we really appreciated how welcoming and caring everyone was. American access on hillside has an amazing staff. Gentle, kind, efficient, and very accommodating. Kelsey was my nurse for the day and made my day easy going and comfortable. That can be said about every doctor and nurse that works there and the reception staff makes you feel like your in CHEERS where everybody knows your name. All in all; it's a great staff that keeps you coming back again.
