This company is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on them. I asked for a date to expect closing (after it was delayed) and they told me they don’t set the workload for the title company out of county. When I asked for information about the other title company I was told I don’t need that information with no explanation. Closing has been delayed because of them and I am paying additional costs for this delay.
Absolutely the worst! Terrible, absolutely the worst title company ever. Terrible communication, never fulfill what they SAY they will do. Zero call backs…. That’sZERO! No sense of customer service at All! Never punctual and I mean NEVER! Avoid at all cost and I mean at ALL cost.
