Just told Kevin kuckleman how he's wronged me twice. Lied about how long it would take (2 weeks got done in 6 after I threatened to hire someone else), then lied about the price (double) then ignored the fact that I told him I wanted the lein dealt with before the quitclaim so I told him I would pay the bill and take the paperwork and handle it myself he said we will just forgive the invoice and you can do it on your own..crook!
