Americal Patrol is a great family run company! The team is solid and very thorough in their assignments. I've never had an issue with anyone on the administrative side/dispatch/onsite guard(s). They are true professionals and, in my opinion, fairly priced. If you are ever in need of security services, THIS is the team I would strongly recommend! Context: We use them for evening patrols at our office and for special events both on and offsite.
Great company to work with! The reports are informative and clear. Management is stellar on communications. Very happy with this company! I do not feel lost in the shuffle as I did with the national company we had previously. I feel like it’s more boutique level personal service, which is exactly what we need/want.

My experience working with Sam with Americal has been great! The best security team I've ever worked with. Their communication is fast and they deliver daily reports that are detailed and they catch a lot of things that happen on the properties I manage. They oversee properties I manage in Anaheim, City of Industry, Buena Park, and Santa Fe Springs. When we there's an issue, Sam will always have an answer or he will find an answer to make my job easier. If you're looking for a security team, Americal won't disappoint you.
