I asked the man when I walked in how long it would take for an oil change he said 15 minutes until he could pull me in to change the oil and 15 minutes to do the oil change... that equals 30 minutes...... they had to get me a new bolt for the oil pan brought from Autozone down the street.... another 15 minutes... cool... 2 and a half hours later I was still waiting... the man was so rude!!!
