I needed to have an old, leaking pool water heater removed. ASP did an immaculate job of removing the unit, capping/rerouting the gas and water lines, repainting and relabeling all of the various pipes and inputs/outputs, and cleaning/restoring the work area. They were also able to come out the day after I called, which was really helpful. The technician also provided great insight into another issue that I was having with my pool. Tired of being tailgated by your driver on the red mountain 202 south and on the 24 east. He has earned y’all a nice review. Flipping me off for going 50 in a 45 bc he wants to go 70 on the 24. Unacceptable behavior especially driving a company truck.
Reached out with no response. Bad business model.
No show. No call, no return of my repeated calls. In this heat that we're having, I had a green lake within 3 days of their unresponsiveness. Fired them.
I just want to say how awful it is dealing with this organization right off the bat. The owner, Brandon, is rude and immature. His employees make promises to appear but never do. When I sat outside waiting for them to arrive no one arrived, I discovered that they were lying claiming that they indeed did come multiple times but did not. They came once out of the four times I’ve payed them to. Never put your faith in these people, and steer away from this failing business.
