Reached out with no response. Bad business model.
No show. No call, no return of my repeated calls. In this heat that we're having, I had a green lake within 3 days of their unresponsiveness. Fired them.
I just want to say how awful it is dealing with this organization right off the bat. The owner, Brandon, is rude and immature. His employees make promises to appear but never do. When I sat outside waiting for them to arrive no one arrived, I discovered that they were lying claiming that they indeed did come multiple times but did not. They came once out of the four times I’ve payed them to. Never put your faith in these people, and steer away from this failing business.
This company is a fraud! They just quit showing up. My wife and I had left several messages to the owner (underestimated at about 15) we never got a call back. Then all of a sudden we get an email and text from them saying they serviced our pool. We were home that day and have cameras and NOBODY came into our yard or did anything with our pool. Chloye Owens is the owner and Brandon is an assistant. I struggled to keep this company as it is a pain to change pool maintenance companies and getting new people to know your pets and schedule. I’m finally over dealing with poor professionalism, rude service tech that are underpaid and under managed, missed appointments, poor responsiveness by the owner and their lead management. *sigh* The new company is $20/month but I think in this case you get what you pay for.
