I was initially impressed with the advertising from America's Home Services, but it turned out my experience was a complete disaster. They have been very rude and dismissive with me, and they upsold me at every opportunity on things that were not needed. The customer service department has received at least five complaints from me in which they have been completely unresponsive. The only thing remaining is going to court.
An unprofessional and uncaring technician-he did not know what he was doing and could not fix the problem. I hired someone else to get the job done.
My AC broke down again just days after their repair. Customer service was rude and dismissive. I don't believe their good reviews are real. They were a total waste of money and time.
Don't waste your money or time with America's Home Services. Their technicians were late, unprofessional and didn't understand what was wrong with my AC. They robbed me blind for a band-aid fix that didn't even last a week. I called them back multiple times, and they were unresponsive. This company should be avoided at all costs.
When they told me he would be there within 24 hours, I waited over a week for a technician to show up. He finally did and wasn't prepared to fix the problem. The worst thing about the company was its awful communication with customers, as they never do what they say. Very dissatisfied with their service.
