I am posting this for a friend that had a horrible experience with this company. He ended up having to go to arbitration with the BBB to recover his money that he had payed them upfront for materials and as a condition of the BBB rules, he had to remove his review. The company ended up having no insurance and my friends homeowners insurance had to take care of him but he was stuck with the deductible. Back in July of 2015 my husband and I hired this company to do our roof and the siding on our house. The owner was the person we talked to and met with. He would make an appointment with us and then not follow through with the meeting or he would be several hours late to the agreed upon time. He made excuse after excuse about why he wasn't there.
