Our home only has a small amount of carpet, mainly the stairs, so we first booked the service because they were willing to handle a smaller carpet cleaning job. this was the most honest carpet cleaning service i've dealt with. they could have just taken our money and gone ahead, but sebastian gave us a clear and honest assessment about the carpet work. we also asked about carpet stretching, and because our carpet has a baseboard-style edge in a sunken room, they explained it was a special setup. instead of guessing, they referred us to a specialist for that part, and the stretching turned out great. michael and dillon did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and rugs. everything lo... read more

If I could, I would give 6 stars. This is the best team for carpet cleaning. I was amazed by how fresh, bright, and clean my carpet looked when the job was done. I have a cat and I vacuumed before the service started, but I was still surprised by how much extra pet hair Sebastian removed from the carpet with the professional equipment. michael and dillon arrived on time, were very professional, and made the whole carpet cleaning visit easy. they answered all the questions i had about the carpet, deodorizer, and the cleaning process in simple terms. before they left, michael showed me the debris that had been collected from the trap after the service, which really showed how much dirt and buildup had been removed from the carpet fibers. later, when i looked at the photo more closely, i noticed a small piece from a toy i had recently bought for my grandsons.... read more

If i could give 6/5 stars, i would. We had a major sewage backup that affected carpeted areas and lower-level flooring in an apartment property, and michael with his team showed up fast and began the cleanup and carpet restoration work right away. They were skilled, professional, and easy to talk to, which made a very stressful mess much easier to handle.
