If i could give 6/5 stars, i would. We had a major sewage backup that affected carpeted areas and lower-level flooring in an apartment property, and michael with his team showed up fast and began the cleanup and carpet restoration work right away. I’m a big fan of this carpet cleaning service. We had them come out to clean a rental apartment, and the carpet in the living room had large dark stains. After Sebastian finished, the carpet looked fresh, bright, and very clean. I honestly thought nothing would help and that we might have to replace it, but he brought it back to life and made it look almost new again. I highly recommend America Pro Carpet Service to anyone in Palmer who needs carpet cleaning. My carpet had a lot of stains from food, drinks, and pet urine, and after the cleaning it looked fresh and almost like new again. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for three bedrooms and drove an hour and a half to be there for the appointment. My time window was 1–4 PM, and I was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. At 3:30 PM, I called to check in and was told the technician would call me shortly.
